Terms of Service


GENERAL


I have the right to reject any commission I don't want to do for any reason. I will not draw human characters. Please leave your contact information for Discord, Bluesky, or E-mail so that I can contact you if I accept your request.Make sure your DMs are open!


PAYMENTS


I require all payments up front before work will begin on your commission.


REVISIONS


I will provide a WIP sketch where any and all revisions can be done. Be sure that everything is in order because I will not be able to do any major edits once the commission enters the lineart stage.Any minor color edits and errors can be corrected at any time for no extra fee. Example: Miscolored sclera or missing pattern/marking.
Major color edits will not be able to done after initial delivery.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY


Expect delivery of finished piece within one (1) month of starting your commission. I will provide WIPs at every major stage for necessary revisions.Include any necessary time frames in your request if you have a hard deadline you want me to make. I will not be able to do rushed orders within a week of acceptance.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS


After delivery of finished commission, you can do whatever you want with it in terms of sharing and social media WITH CREDIT. I retain all rights to my artwork still and you cannot remove my signature.You MAY NOT use my art for merchandising and re-selling, NFT/Crypto currency, or AI training.


REFUNDS


You may request a refund at any point before finishing the inital sketch phase. Once lineart has begun, you're locked in and illegible for refund.


COMMUNICATION


I want to offer a direct line of communication through the process in DMs through Discord, Bluesky, or E-mail. (Discord is easiest method for me, but we can work it out.)
